Founded in 1857, Bertani is one of Italy’s most historic wine houses, famed for its Amarone and timeless craftsmanship. In Tokyo, EN unveiled the BertaniON capsule — three Amarone vintages reimagined through contemporary visuals and modern identity. Hosted at SMUK Tokyo, the evening featured a five-course menu by Chef Nakano, each course in conversation with the wines.
